SOX Consultant - BFSI

Looking for someone with a good understanding of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).

Person will be responsible for mapping out several processes around brokerage billing to identify and highlight SOX controls.

Person will also be responsible for designing process maps, SOX controls and SOX tests.

Education : MBA, CA or CFA

Certification : Specific audit certification

Skills Required:

- Attention to detail

- Strong analytical skill sets and understanding of SOX processes

- Good oral & written communication skills

- Candidates with financial services space - Investment Banks, Asset management firms will be preferred.
