SOX Compliance - BFSI

SOX compliance professionals are required across levels for a leading risk consulting organization, based in Noida.

The role would mainly be associated with conducting SOX testing of internal control, addressing compliance issues etc.

Job Responsibilities-

- Ensure implementation of Clients control environment across outsourced processes

- Ensure consistency in design of controls, compliance with clients internal control framework

- Execute training and communication plan to process owners

- Manage system access and SOD

- Manage Control / SOX testing and stakeholder reporting

- Address queries received from various teams on compliance issues.

- Support ongoing projects

- Co-ordinate with Internal and External Auditors.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

- CA / CPA/ MBA with experience in SOX compliance and internal controls.

- CA fresher can also apply.

- Graduates with 2 years of experience can also apply.

- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

- The job involves 30-40% travel (Domestic and International), as per the work requirements.
