Location : Mumbai (Powai)

Experience : 9-13 years

Following is the Job Synopsis :

Role & Responsibilities :

- Managing SOX PMO for US with minimal guidance from Powai and US management

- Guiding the team and assisting in testing, documentation, issue discussions and closure

- Managing multiple projects related to SOX including enhancing the quality and efficiency of testing

- Assisting in IA assignments on a case to case basis

Key Skills :

- Have a strong ability to understand various business processes, identify risks and mitigating controls in the process

- Have strong capabilities in documenting processes, and drafting issues and remediation plans

- Have the ability to communicate at various levels and across multiple regions and teams

- Reasonable understanding of related topics like Information Security, BCP, IT Risk, and Compliance

- Have high energy levels and the ability to work in a multi-regional multi-cultural environment
