Sova Health - Community Manager

Sova Health is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Community manager to help us during our pilot nutrition program! You will be the first point of contact for all users on the platform and the face of SOVA Health. You will be working closely with the Chief Product Officer to streamline business processes, build databases, engage new and current users on the platform, and communicate with them daily. Because we are an early-stage startup, as you continue to work with us your role and responsibilities will evolve accordingly.

Your responsibilities and duties:

- Developing and streamlining daily nutrition report process for users

- Streamlining user onboarding and consultation processes

- Building databases to be integrated into the application

- Collecting user feedback and implementing in upcoming application features

- Analyzing user data to drive business strategy

- Managing user onboarding and consultation scheduling

- Being the first point of contact for users and engaging with users throughout their journey with SOVA
