South Head - Sales - Affordable Home Loan Vertical - Housing Finance Business

- Affordable Home Loans sales team management & ensuring smooth operations in the zone by closely working with cross-functional teams.

- Handling entire South Zone for Affordable Home Loans and responsible to manage P&L for the zone;

- Conducting meetings for setting up sales objjectives and designing or streamlining processes .

- Spearheading Business Development, Customer Retention and Portfolio Management; sourcing right product mix of Affordable Home Loans vs with special focus on maintaining desired Yield with Fees.

- Providing strategic & operative direction to the business.trategizing long & short-term directions through periodic progress reviews of all team members; ensuring proper trainings of the team members .

- Developing, implementing & managing marketing strategies and plans for the region drive business targets; groom talent for mid management roles.

- Responsible for Conceptualizing and implementing promotional activities as a part of brand building.Identification of new market/Geographies for business expansion.
