Sourcing/Purchase Manager - Pharma

The following information may help in searching for a SOURCING MANAGER for a reputes Pharma based company in Algeria needs :

1. The position is for a factory manufacturing pharmaceutical dosages forms

2. Essentially the job is same as of a Purchase Manager.

3. The appointee will take the total responsibility of the Purchase Dept. in Algeria

4. Qualification: Degree in Science or Commerce, preferably with Post Graduate degree or diploma in Materials Management

5. Experience: Min. 15 yrs. as Materials Manager in any reputed Pharma company.

6. Age : About 45 yrs.; relaxable in exceptional cases.

7. The job is to locate the manufacturers/suppliers , negotiate prices and arrange for procurement from domestic and global sources. Material that is generally required are APIs, excipients, primary & secondary packaging material, consumables, spare/change parts for machines

8. The position will be based in India. However, the person recruited will have to visit Algeria frequently for setting up system and monitoring the working.

9. Building of a cohesive & result oriented team will also be part of primary responsibilities.
