Sourcing & Procurement Manager - BPO

Position Title: Operations Manager

Department: Sourcing & Logistics – Site Support

Reporting to: AVP

Assume line mgmt responsibility of 3-4 Operations Leaders with a Span of about 30-40 Procurement Specialists/Sr. Procurement Specialists who provide Sourcing & Procurement Support to Buy Team US Plant Sites

Which involves:

- Providing Buying Support for US Sites handling Spot Purchases using broader knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement, SAP Applications.

- Provide Expediting Support to US Sites

- Serve as the Second escalation point within the team and for Internal Clients & Suppliers

- Work closely with the Quality Team to improve the efficiency / quality of the work

- Management & Development of the Procurement Operations Leaders & Specialists, including performance & Career management.

Skill Sets/Experience:

Overall atleast 10 plus Yrs of experience in Sourcing & Procurement Domain in BPO with atleast 2 Yrs in handling People Managers

B. Proven skills in leading and coaching people

C. Leadership Skills/ Problem Solving Skills

D. Effective in leading and managing change

E. Sourcing / Procurement Experience / knowledge

F. Customer and client service orientation

G. Experience in handling multiple processes

H. Good Excel / Power Point / Word skills

I. Good Interpersonal Skills

J. Good Multitasking , prioritization, time management skills
