Job Description

- Responsible for managing assigned suppliers, executing market research and contract negotiations

- Should have a clear understanding of stakeholders needs & technical aspect of sourcing functionality along with advance knowledge of software & different categories of hardware



- Must have in depth knowledge of contract terminology and negotiation skills to mitigate risk and bringing savings to the company

Description

- Processing & documenting RFPs and gathering stakeholder requirements

- Analyse suppliers, their cost and processes while acquiring technology products

- Should posse's knowledge of software and SaaS contracts along with knowledge of hardware

- Must have in depth knowledge of contract terminology and negotiation skills to mitigate risk and bringing saving to the company

- Should posses strong relationship building skills

- Create category plans and Supplier profile to fulfil the requirement of projects undertaken

- Participate and maintain vendor score card of key suppliers in partnership with vendor management

- Act as a liaison between stakeholder and supplier to meet business requirements

- Should collaborate with stakeholders/suppliers with respect to adopting & complying to purchasing policies, procedures, tool and process

- Well-versed with working knowledge of technology softwares in the field of security, database, marketing etc

Profile - 

- Minimum 6-12 years of experience in strategic sourcing

- Well versed with supplier & vendor management skills and must posses strong knowledge of IT software, different hardware categories and supplier market

- Must have an advance knowledge of licensing and contract terminology



- Must posses strong relationship,and negotiation skills

- Candidates having sourcing experience in IT Industry will be preferred
