BPO Sourcing Expert/ Recruiter (End to end recruitment role)

The Sourcing expert/ Recruiter will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment activities for the India BPO team and primarily focus on identifying candidates from target organizations, job portals and other networking sites

Responsibilities :

- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, job portals and employees to build a strong candidate pipeline for the hiring needs

- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and share relevant profiles

- Manage interview coordination and feedback follow ups to close positions quickly

- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

- Creating pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

- Manage offer process and take ownership till the candidate joins

- Specialized in end to end recruitment which is inclusive of interaction with the hiring team to understand the job description, sourcing, scheduling, CTC negotiation and follow up till the candidate is on onboard.

- Network Through Industry Contacts, Association Memberships, Social media, portals and Employees

- Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.

- Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.

- Create contacts within industry.

- Maintain regular contact with potential candidates.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :

- 14-18 years of recruiting experience of which 3+ years of experience in a volume recruitment lead role from a BPO or Retail or BFSI or Consultancy or Insurance Industry.

- Should have directly lead a team of 6-8 recruiters and managed volume hiring of 1500+ employees in a year.

- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to front end with internal customers/Delivery/ clients

- Strong market intelligence

- Good team management & interpersonal skills.

- Effectively plan the skill enhancement of the team members.
