Even though B2B Commerce is much larger than B2C commerce, it still runs essentially offline, and players who want to create B2B E-commerce experiences have to rely on software that is not meant for B2B but built primarily for B2C.

We started with factories and have onboarded 800+ global factories (exporters) in India just in 11 months of launch and are now launching internationally.

Job Description :

Role : This profile is for someone who is passionate about Finance. This role is perfect for you if you've 5+ or more years of experience working in a Finance Controller related position, preferably at a SaaS start-up. You know that world inside out, and you know how it could be done better.

Responsibilities :

- Entrepreneurial at heart and likes to take ownership and below are some of the points to be considered for Finance Controller Roles.

- Controlling Finance, General Accounting, General Ledger, and Treasury management

- Review all financial plans and budgets and monitor all periodic financial reports

- Assist founders with board meeting deck, business plan, and monthly MIS

- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports

- Ensure financial reporting systems comply with government regulations and legislation

- Lead and manage taxation, balance sheet, closing, financial statements reporting

- Work closely with leadership in funding rounds & related compliances

- Handle the F&A work as well as be an advisor to the Founders in all minor & major decisions including structuring of overseas subsidiaries.

- Responsible for Cap Table Management, ESOPs Management & Issuance, Global Payroll process knowledge and thorough knowledge of Fundraising.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of global payroll process

- 6 - 8 years of experience in the Finance Controller role

- Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management.

- CA Qualified (Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience)

- Experience with the start-up

- Experience of managing a team

- Deep inclination towards automation/ technology optimization
