Key Objectives:
To expand customer base &penetrate across industry vertical in Africa & Middle East Region resulting in revenue generation as per business strategies & long term goals
Position Responsibilities:
- 12-20 years sales experience in IT Services Solutions across industry verticals in Africa & Middle East Region
- Demonstrated success with complex, long- cycle sales campaigns in a fast- paced, consultative and competitive market.
- Demonstrate success negotiating complex contracts.
- Demonstrated knowledge on consultative selling methodologies
- Familiar with strategic outsourcing models
- Proven abilities on managing highly complex organizations and applying risk- mitigation strategies to customer
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, positive, and creative in a dynamic, fast paced and changing environment.
- Ability to excel in an environment of high autonomy to produce business results.
- Strong communication and listening skills, a thorough approach to complex problem solving, decision-making ability, and a high motivation towards setting and delivering "excellence".
- Ability to listen, establish relationships, gain consensus, rapidly establish credibility with and gain confidence of multiple areas across and Partners.
- Understanding and framing client business and technical imperatives and inspiring confidence with a variety of internal and external constituents.
- Possesses the ability to develop and clearly articulate objectives using both analytical thinking, reference to facts and best practices.
- Displays a high of level of passion, energy, excitement and intensity.
- Experience leading/ managing in a team selling environment.
Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure & language skills)
- Bachelor/Master degree in marketing or Engineering with 12-20 years of experience in Sales & Business development ideally in IT business.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate sales objectives and initiatives
