Job Posting Title : Solutions Delivery Manager

Job Description :

- Ideal candidate must have experience in delivering full end to end corporate gateway project.

- 8 + yrs IT project delivery experience, with experience involving managing large scale business IT projects (or programs) end-to-end (initiation through business implementation) using industry standard project/program management methodologies

- Demonstrated experience with designing, planning and delivering business IT solutions that enable business change/transformation

- Highly competent in project risk and issues identification, mitigation (risks only) and management and reliable status reporting

- Demonstrated experience with complex, senior level stakeholder management and management/leadership of large teams

Knowledge/skills :

- Extensive knowledge of project and program management practices, usually holding a project management certification from a recognized professional body (such as Project Management Institute)

Professional Skills :

- Project/program management, methods & tools, relationship management; management of large teams, software development, vendor management, business change management and process improvement.

- Excellent business English communication skills, verbal and written

Job Specific Qualifications/Additional :

- The group is embarking on the redevelopment of a new corporate payment gateway to handle current and future channels of payments across airline, ground handling,retail and hospitality business across all channels, and various storefronts.

- The focus of this role is the IT delivery management in collaboration with a business project manager appointed by the business

- Project duration is 2 years, onsite in Dubai.

- Strong IT project management experience

- 6 + years in the development of a corporate electronic payment solution integrated to storefronts and payment gateway service providers (PGSP)

- Strong understanding of software development, customization and integration development management

- Domain Experience of payment industry ideally in a travel/airline/retail context

- Strong experience in EMV ( Europay, master card,Visa)

- Experience in developing and deploying new payment channels ( mobile etc)

- Good understanding of PCI /DSS, tokenisation
