We are expanding to replicate it across Different Industries, within the Chemicals Domain. And we need Owners to drive that disruption.

The KRAs are divided into 3 parts: Ideate, Build & Scale

Ideate :

- Research on different types of Chemical Raw Materials

- Understand the Supply Chain (Buyers, Suppliers, Logistics, etc.)

- Strategy to enter the Chemicals Domain and design Policies to run the Business

Build:

- Build #0to1 for the Chemicals Business

- Buyer Buyer + Supplier Liquidity

- SOPs to facilitate the Business

Scale:

- Hiring a capable team and Build the Business Vertical

- Build processes and Systems, to drive the Scale

- Contribute to Tech infra, along with tech resources

Ideal Fit:

- Having built a Business before

- Prior Experience+ Strong Interest in Chemicals Domain

- Can relocate to Pune
