The Business Head role in Bulk Chemicals, is an entrepreneurship role, spearheading our efforts to Streamline Commodity Distribution, in Bulk-Chemicals Industry. The person works very closely with the Founders.

KRAs :

Create :

- Build Demand + Supply Liquidity: Network of All relevant Chemical Industry Participants

- Regional Connectivity to facilitate Business

- New Opportunities to enhance Business Volumes

- Ideating New Strategies and Business Plans for the Region

- Build Team to drive the Business

Nurture :

- Existing Relationships to enhance Business Volumes

- Internal coordination to ensure Smooth Regional Business Functioning

- Coordinate with Operations, Tech, Product & other Centralized Teams, to Brainstorm on Process Automation

Own :

- Complete P&L Ownership of the region

- Complete Ownership of All challenges faced

Requirements :

- Min 5+ years experience in #0to1 Business Development

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to form relationships and build network

- Great knack of identify problems, and Solving them

- Strong problem solving skills

- Experience in Manufacturing sector (preferred)

- Experience in Chemicals Industry (Preferred)
