Job Overview :
- As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic B2B sales initiatives.
- Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating deals to meet revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Create:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate target markets and generate leads.
- Create compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Identify key decision-makers within target companies and establish rapport to initiate business discussions.
Nurture:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Continuously engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Proactively address client concerns and provide timely support to maintain positive relationships.
- Implement customer retention strategies to maximize client lifetime value and minimize churn.
Manage:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- A graduate or post-graduate degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
