Primary Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Google Analytics : Track, trace and improve marketing insights with the help of Google Analytics
- SEO and Keywords : Identify, Implement, track and improve SEO ranking through backlink strategy, google adwords, website SEO optimization
Your Experience :
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- 4+ years prior experience in online marketing in a b2b or b2b2c environment
- 2+ years of practical experience in organic and paid search and display, strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Keyword Planner
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- You have strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, you are data-driven, result-oriented, radically customer-centric, and persistent and reliable in execution
- You have outstanding communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer focus with a flair for business insights and opportunities
- Entrepreneurial attitude, fast learner and feedback orientated
- You have excellent English skills and additional languages are a plus
- Hubspot experience is required
