Role : Sales Manager / Director

Experience: 10 to 20 Years
Accountable for:
- Customer acquisition in the set geographies.
- Revenue generation from every customer at acquisition level, managing level and up selling level
- Commercial agreements and contracts as per customer needs and business objectives
Role & Responsibilities:
- Should plan the sales target and monitor the progress on a daily/ weekly / monthly basis
- Should have worked on CRM and other reporting formats.
- Proactively introduce new ideas for client initiatives and suggest campaigns post discussion -with client servicing team
- Should Develop online outreach strategy that is in sync with the clients on ground activity
- Should keep track of the competition in the market and update all concerned and especially challenge the product development team to upgrade our offerings
- Should be able Monitor social networks for potential threats or opportunities
- Should be a go getter, tech savvy, proactive, analytically strong; possess good written and verbal communication and a team player with proven sales achievements.
Mandatory Skills:
- 10 to 20 years of hard core experience in Sales/ BD / Client Acquisition in selling IT services, digital transformation,
- Should have hands on experience into Digital sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
- Good to have experience in Mobility domain
- Willing to do individual contributor role
