You will be leading the marketing initiatives for Soulfull. As we propel to the next level of growth, there is a need to propagate the brand story to the consumers in an accelerated & strategic manner. You would be working with the CMO & leading the brand team to deliver these Brands Tasks.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of consumer, competition, category and trade channels
- Visualize the benefits of strategic partnerships and ensure smooth closure of the alliances
- Lead the execution of the Brand Tasks across PR, Digital, Activation & ATL
- Track Brand Performance
- Lead Consumer interactions
- Chart out & support our GTM efforts
- Liaison with the design team for Packaging & Retail element Design
- Manage the P & L of the brand
- Experience on working on New Product Development, managed a live brand before which has been very active on digital and different aspects of it - consumer research, packaging, media planning (digital +TV) etc.
- Market Research, Brand Management, Sales Marketing Strategy, Competitive Analysis, Marketing, Marketing Management, Digital Marketing
- FMCG experience - most importantly a Fast Moving mind, needs to be from the food industry, lifestyle, fashion or sports.
- Work with the sales, R&D and Production team to drive business goals.
