The role expects you to :
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the cereals category in India and global and foresee upcoming trends and growth areas and suggest portfolio mix
- Engage in primary and secondary research and help develop an innovation pipeline for the brand for the next 3 years. This will include concept, product, packaging and communication development
- Have a view of multiple Activation initiatives undertaken by the brand currently and identify the high ROI activities. Help identify new avenues to activate consumers while working along with the local activations team
- Support Activation and Sales team with POS, Detailing Aid, Training material development and deployment
- Be the one who is obsessed about consumer data and how that can be translated into meaningful engagement with consumers post purchase through a CRM system, help improve consumer life-time value
- Own up packaging design and graphic changes that happen from time to time and keep control on output quality
- Be part of Digital, Influencer and ATL marketing plans and help create awareness and consideration for the brand
- Be the face for the company for all E commerce interactions with partners and help devise quarterly plans for sales uplift and keep track of the same
- Undertake continuous consumer research to understand the role of the brand in consumers life, brand health parameters and dig out meaningful insights
- SPOC for agency interactions
As an ABM you get the chance to work on Brand SOULFULL and multiple product lines within the brand, and get to impact multiple consumer touch points including Digital, Activation, In- store or wherever you think our consumers might be present. You also get to own the different pieces of work and full autonomy to take it to a meaningful conclusion.

Skills/Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing from a Reputed College
- 2-3 years experience on working on New Product Development, managed a live brand before and different aspects of it - consumer research, packaging, media planning(digital+TV) etc.
- FMCG experience - most importantly a Fast Moving mind
- None of the above matters if you do not feel driven or don't like to own up activities
- the cliche- goes as - fire in the belly-
PS - They say start-ups work 24x7 round the year. Well, we don't believe in the philosophy of counting down hours. It's pretty flexible. While Monday-Friday is high decibel, Saturdays are about reflecting on the week gone by, planning ahead and some catching up over lunch.
