Responsibility
- Responsible to conduct, operate and increase the business of Soulflower on various e-commerce Websites through a sales plan
- Coordinate with Account managers of various e-commerce websites
- Ensuring strong & healthy relationships with these partners to drive repeat business with them as well as build the strongest customer networks in the country.
- Lead and manage business activities on e-commerce partner & promotional websites as per the targets and objectives
- Analysis of customer behavior, provide consumer services and product metrics (Demographic, solution)
- Able to understand price sensitivity and manage pricing
- Promotions and Advertisements - Create and manage promotions and advertisements via advertising agencies
- Using and Optimizing Partner Promotional levers such as deals, Sponsored ads and Display ads and external traffic and promotions
- Online Store Operations - Control inventory and ensure replenishment needs are met, manage online product inventory, optimize content for listings
- Ensuring 45 days of inventory with partners according to the projected sales and Pricing Strategy implementation across websites
- Managing and tracking payments from the partner websites
- Manage brand reputation through reviews on a website
- Generation and analyze Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports
- Coordinate with content and design team and ensuring Excellent Listing Health with respect to written content, images and videos to induce sales
- Monitoring competitor brands and product ranks of Soulflower on partner websites
Salary Offered: 8 LPA
