About the Role:
We are currently hiring a YOUNG MILLENNIAL Content Marketing & Social Media Head with a successful track record to create, plan and execute content and social media strategies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing Content Marketing and Social Media strategy
- Ideating, executing, and managing social media campaigns to build online engagement and increase brand awareness
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all online and social media channels
- Create and optimize marketing campaigns and strategies for multiple international markets simultaneously
- Work with the marketing, creative teams to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the brand while working closely with the Customer Experience team
- Manage the social media calendar and ensure the content is published within deadlines
- Ensure brand consistency in personality in copy through tone and voice
- Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/ negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation
- Analyze data to determine ways to optimize performance to improve conversion rates, open percentages, and other key metrics.
- Provide regular performance reports to supervisors
- Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback
- Make recommendations to continually improve performance by analyzing internal results, competitive data, and keeping on top of industry trends
- Keep up to date to the latest social media trends, moment marketing, and emerging social media platforms in the industry
- Build and grow Soulflower's online community

Knowledge and Experience:
- MBA/B.Tech/Mass Media (preferably from top Engineering (IIM / IIT), Mass Media school or Tier 1 B School)
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity with a proven track record
- A clear understanding of branding, social media and digital marketing
- Excellent reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in the English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Competencies:
- Prior working experience as a Social Media Manager
- Proven ability to develop brand and digital marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Up to date with latest trends in Skin Care and Hair Growth segment and marketing best practices.
- Degree in marketing or a related field.
Skills & Requirements:
- You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing and brand strategies for digital and social media channels
- You have expertise in ad and social media campaigning
- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
- You are extremely detail oriented and organized
- You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver
