Role Overview :

SPN seeks a web-savvy Social Media and digital expert who will be responsible for driving the growth, development, execution, and measurement of multi-platform social strategies for the global brand alongwith managing the organization's digital corporate assets. The person will be the company's social community lead, driving brand awareness and engagement, staying abreast of new and emerging platforms, digital culture, and technologies. The goal is to increase our sophistication in earned media marketing techniques, to understand their impact, and to increase consumer engagement and loyalty. In addition, earned strategies should be aligned with current thinking on how to supplement with thoughtful paid strategies. Moreover, the overall intent of the role is to develop the corporate reputation aligned to the brand philosophy of Go-Beyond.

POSITION SPECIFICATION :

Education : Graduate/Postgraduate, MBA/Masters preferred

Overall experience : 7-9 years

Essential experience :

- Between 4-6 years digital marketing experience;

- Minimum of 3 years focused purely on social media

- Should have worked in a corporate

Desirable experience :

- Experience in a management role leading to the creation and implementation of digital/social media campaigns.

- Should have supported organization's in building the corporate brand.

Other job requirements :

- Experience acting as a social media thought leader influencing senior executive and gaining buy-in within a matrix organization.

Job Summary

- Develop and implement creative and highly measurable social media programs and campaigns, with user engagement and experience in mind that aligns with SPN's communications strategy.


- Manage brand positioning across all social media channels globally: YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat etc.


- Monitor and analyze performance of each campaign to measure impact oversee the editorial calendar and lead content creation for the network globally.

- Grow fans and followers by driving paid and organic social programs Develop & maintain relationships with media influencers, platform partners, and key bloggers.


- Monitor trends in social media channels, tools, and metrics and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of the program.


- Work closely with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent with the overall brand.


- Work with international teams to create and develop social media presences globally. Grow and maintain the digital corporate assets.

Key Deliverables

- Work closely with the communications team and manage agency partner, editorial calendar and content development including copy, graphics, and video production in collaboration with the content and design teams.

- Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas) and at the tactical level (managing campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing data and solving problems).

- Track, report and analyze effectiveness of campaigns and investment against objectives and key performance indicators.

- Lives and breathes the SPN culture - sports, films, music, entertainment etc.

- Experience negotiating with outside vendors, including negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and reconciling differences

- Able to demonstrate how social campaigns deliver impact to broader business objectives

- A passion for all social media channels

- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and remain calm under pressure.

- Experience in working across different business verticals a plus

- Proven experience managing paid social budgets in an efficient manner on major platforms

- Ability to interpret data using established analytic/reporting tools to create actionable marketing and PR programs

- Knowledge of CMS for intra & internet is a plus
