Role Overview - 

The incumbent will report into the Lead - CSR, SPN and will be responsible for executing the social responsibility initiatives of SPN.

POSITION SPECIFICATION - 

Education - Any Graduation/ Post graduation

Key Responsibilities - 

- Executing all CSRinitiatives, ideating on new and relevant opportunities for social impact

- Co-ordinating volunteer activities and events, drumming up support and ensuring employee participation.

- Measuring the uptake and outcomes of CSR campaigns.

- Timely compilation and sharing of Quarterly and Annual reports and other documentation

- Effective coordination of external partners- NGOs, Media, etc.; as well as internal stakeholders

Personal Characteristics - 

- 3 - 5 years of experience of which minimum 1 years experience has been in the CSR function of a large corporate, and minimum 2 years of experience with an NGO.

- A Master's degree is in Social Work

- Self-starter with aptitude for problem solving and creative thinking

- Team player with good inter-personal skills

- Excellent communication and influencing skills with an ability to network with a wide variety of stakeholders; both internal and external.

- Understanding and knowledge about the various government legislation, schemes and policies related to Corporate Social responsibility.
