Role Overview :
Reporting to the HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions and Digital, the incumbent will be responsible for providing best-in-class HR experience to all internal customers i.e. employees for the assigned functions / businesses through execution of all HR practices and policies, and partner with the business to aid in achievement of organizational objectives. The incumbent would provide talent acquisition and internal talent management expertise and focus for assigned business groups.

POSITION SPECIFICATION :
Education : Full-Time MBA in Human Resources
Overall experience : 2-5 years post qualification
Essential experience : Work experience as an HR Business Partner
Desirable experience : A Stint in a specialist role like Recruitment / Employee Engagement
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :
1. Employee engagement/ Connect
- Maintain strong individual connect and regular touch points with all employees from the assigned business groups
- Drive the employee engagement survey, as and when conducted, and ensure maximum coverage for the assigned business groups
- Analyze survey results for the functions / businesses handled, identify concern areas, liaise with business heads and draft action plans to mitigate the concerns
- Design and deliver innovative, engagement, wellness& recognition processes.
- Assist Engagement Lead on the creation and delivery of communication packs and implementation of on ground events

2. Talent acquisition
- Identify the hiring requirements through liaison with the business and create job descriptions (if not available) or edit existing ones
- Identify different available avenues for sourcing of - right- talent and share the recruitment mandate with external consultants
- Review profiles, short-list candidates, and schedule interviews with the support of the HR Operations team
- Create salary offer document post selection of the candidate and negotiate with him/her as per requirement in order to ensure adherence to budgets and to attract - right- talent in the organization
- Evaluate the performance of empaneled recruitment consultants and provide feedback to the HR Operations team
- Oversee the onboarding of employee and ensure that functional induction is happening as per plan
- Drive the confirmation/ probation process by evaluating the performance of new joiners along with the manager and identify root cause of the problem in case of any performance issues; Conduct discussion with the new joiner and take appropriate steps in order to enhance his/her performance

3. Performance management system
- Oversee the conduct of all facets of PMS process- goal setting, mid-term review and final evaluation as per the decided timelines, for the assigned business group(s)
- Facilitate discussions of low performers with their managers and ensure creation of performance improvement plan; Track achievement and take appropriate action in case of no visible increase in performance level
- Work with managers and identify the learning needs of the employees and co-ordinate with the L&D team to provide appropriate learning intervention

4. Managing employee lifecycle
- Address grievances raised by employees from the assigned business groups, and work with all stakeholders to ensure fair resolution of the issue

- Prepare and provide employee related data/ insights depending on requirement
