Sonata Software - Lead - Campus Recruitment

Position: LEAD - CAMPUS RECRUITMENT

We are looking for a highly competent Campus Recruitment Specialist to act as our liaison with universities and help us recruit Engineering, MBA and Graduate students, build strategic alliances and effective internship programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- END TO END FRESHER'S (CAMPUS and OFF-CAMPUS) RECRUITMENT PROCESS

- Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs and design Campus Recruitment plan for the year

- Establish relations with Tier 2 and 3 Engineering and Business schools as well as the finishing schools throughout India.

- Prepare and maintain a Calendar of recruitment/campus activities

- Identify, conduct, coordinate pooled/ individual campus recruitment drives.

- Prepare and release offers to the campus selected candidates.

- Initiate various campus engagement programs and branding activities.

- Report generation, arrange meetings between management, technical teams and campus recruitment team, MOUs and other meetings.

- On-board the campus selected candidates and conduct orientation session.

- Mentor / counsel trainees and engage with them whenever required

- Conduct off-campus / finishing school recruitment drives to fill any remaining targeted number of candidates

- Research work on new campus strategies, strategic alliance programs with autonomous colleges and deemed universities.

- Host in-house career days for students and recent graduates by department or field of expertise

- Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand

- Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including number of candidates interviewed and hired

- Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities

- Contact university career counselors and provide informative materials about our internship programs

- Design and place print ads on college campuses

- Post job ads and source potential candidates on social media groups

REQUIREMENTS:

- Graduation plus MBA in HR

- 6-12 years of similar and relevant Campus Recruitment experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
