Position: COMPETENCY MANAGER - MICROSOFT POWER PLATFORM
The Competency Manager - Microsoft Power Platform would be a crucial member of the MS Dynamics Competency and report directly to the Competency Director. His/her responsibilities would be as follows:
KEY TASK AREAS:
- Identifying & building skills in new areas
- Build Technology Demonstrators
- Coordination with Training for Training people
- Build IPs, Assets, Reusable Components
- Publishing of White Papers
- Technology scanning and identification of trends and tools
- Help product management to develop offerings for GTM from technology perspective
- Support to presales
- Provide Solutions for RFP, RFI
- Participate in Customer presentations
- Brief Analysts
- Coordinate with relevant Principals
GOALS/METRICS FOR SUCCESS:
- Revenue Target
- New wins
- New offersets
- New GTM's
- Level of competence of People
- POC's / Frameworks
REQUIREMENTS:
- 12 to 18 years of total IT experience with minimum 6+ years of experience in managing / architecting software solutions.
- In-depth Technology competency
- Ability to understand customer business priorities, IT vision and plans
- Good presales and solutioning capability
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent decision-making ability
- Lateral thinker
- Tenacious problem-solver, will own issues until full resolution
- Ability to influence cross-functional groups
- Takes Accountability and result oriented
- Willingness to travel, if required
- Proven ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
