Solytics Partners - Technical Writer - Model Risk Documentation

Solytics is looking for a Expert Technical Writer with sound knowledge of quantitative modelling and relevant education background. The candidate will be working on writing the Model development,/validation documents

Responsibilities

- Working with the model development/validation team to understand the model, data, results

- Writing structured model development and/or validation reports. Should be able to create/add charts and tables

- Analyze the results in excel using various advance excel functions and create charts/tables

- Preparing PowerPoint presentations for senior management

- Perform other BAU activities

- Deliver high quality client services, including work products, within expected timeframe and budget

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in writing model development/validation or other quantitative financial documents

- Ability to interpret data and results and create charts and write analysis

- Very strong skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Good knowledge of finance and quantitative modelling/validation. Knowledge of Credit Risk modelling would be a plus.

- Highly organized and excellent attention to detail and strong report writing skills

- Effective communication skills: oral, written, listening and presentation.
