Job Summary:

The Senior Manager - Finance at Solytics Partners will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy, managing financial risks, and ensuring the sustainability and profitability of the business. This is a senior manager position responsible for the entire finance function, including accounting, taxation, invoicing, corporate compliance, financial planning and analysis, treasury for India, US, UK and UAE. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, financial acumen, and operational excellence to support our mission and drive our growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis

- Streamline and automate financial reporting and operations.

- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, accounting, invoicing, and tax functions for India, US, UK and UAE.

- Develop and oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

- Create and maintain financial models to support decision-making and long-term planning.

- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and accounting standards, including GAAP or IFRS or other relevant regulations for India, US, UK and UAE.

- Accounting, taxation, invoicing, financial statements preparation for individual entities and consolidated.

- Ensure the company's compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee risk management strategies, including insurance, internal controls, and corporate governance practices.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory agencies.

Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Develop and implement the financial strategy to support Solytics Partners' short-term and long-term goals

- Provide expert advice to the CEO and Senior Management on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities, and policy matters.

- Drive financial performance by identifying opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and efficiency improvements.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Champion cross-functional collaboration, working closely with other departments to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior finance leadership role with hands on execution experience, ideally as a senior finance manager or equivalent, within a high-growth startup or similar environment.

- Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management, and regulatory compliance or India, US, UK and UAE.

- Expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.

- Expertise in accounting, taxation, invoicing, financial statements preparation for individual entities and consolidated.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

- Experience in scaling a finance function to support business growth.

- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CA or CPA degree is must.

- Sound knowledge in fundraising, investor relations, and managing stakeholder relationships.
