Job Description
- Drive demand through Solution Marketing campaigns and focused events
- Take the business themes to the Market - Build impactful solution marketing campaigns to push the business themes to the TG using internal and external marketing engines ads.
- Take marketing into accounts
- Increase wallet share by driving Deal intervention campaigns and cross sell campaigns into top accounts
- Enhance Customer relationship and experience and increase customer advocacy
- Drive demand and build the brand through content, thought leadership and increased media presence.
- Positioning & Messaging Architecture Create a differentiated positioning and the marketing assets for the business and its key big bets (theme/ solution/ service offering)
- Make the Thought Leadership more engaging, relevant and take it closer to our customer communities and media.
- Repurpose content to suit multiple media engines ( Social media, relevant industry publications)
- Create and build promotions campaigns for customer case studies / customer success stories
- Increase influencer Connect
- Analyst Relations: Map key analysts and help build effective relationships between business stakeholders and the analyst community
- Enhance the brand within the analyst community - Drive positive movement on analyst surveys and interactions and share success stories and relevant thought leadership
- Run the Analyst based marketing program for the business.
- Market Intelligence and Internal Process
- Marketing Communications : both external and internal
- Gather insights from Industry trends and reports
- Garner account intelligence
- Institutionalize processes and make them repeatable
- Vendor and agency management
- Marketing workshops for better business and marketing alignment
