Job Description:

- You will work in the Solutions organization designing and developing applications using customer"s EPM platform. You will report to the Head of India Operations. You will work closely with the Senior Solutions Manager, and a team of solutions engineers, customers, product management, QA, Solutions and support organizations to develop and deliver high quality applications.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Interact with customers, product management and solutions & services organization.

2. Write solution design documents. Review Requirements documents and provide feedback to Product Management and Solutions organization.

3. Manage a team of solutions developers to develop applications that or of the highest quality and are delivered in a timely manner.

4. Travel to customer locations, be responsible for end to end implementation of Solutions modules.

5. Work closely with customers"s QA organization to help develop test cases.

6. Write Application User Guides and prepare training material for customers.

7. Interface with the US Solutions team and track all open issues to closure.

Job Requirements:

1. 9+ years in the software industry.

2. Experience in managing teams of over 10 people

3. Strong enterprise business application design and development experience.

4. Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in Engineering/Business.

5. Strong knowledge of SQL, Relational databases and Data Modeling.

6. Familiarity with Manufacturing processes.

7. Working knowledge of HTML.

8. Strong written and oral communication skills.

9. Exposure to enterprise business applications such as ERP or CRM
