Solutions Lead - Technology Team - IIT/BITS/IIM/NIT/ISB

Solutions Lead

- We are looking for a Solutions Lead to join the Technology team for our client in Hyderabad. This person will be responsible for bridging the gap between business problems and technology solutions, providing technical expertise for client initiatives, managing delivery of client sponsored projects, and be the point of contact between our clients, software engineers, and product managers.

- Translate business requirements to functional and technical solutions

- Understand and document project goals, project risks and key decisions that play a significant role in shaping the solution

- Define features, phases, and solution requirements to meet client requirements

- Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, technical relationship managers, for appropriate implementation of the functional specifications

- Manage software development life cycle to provide custom solutions for clients

- Perform platform demonstrations and data mapping

- Spearhead critical and highly visible projects for the Company

- Represent our platform in client meetings

Requirements :

- A bachelor's degree in computer science ideally with 5-7 years of experience as programmer initially and then post MBA for a premier B School and experience in designing the Solutions post that.
