Description - Working with a client to hire the founding member & leader for the solutions team to help the customers with Implementation, delivery & being the SME of the technology.

Description:

Team Leadership and Solution Engineering:

- Lead a high-performing team of SaaS experts, fostering continuous learning and collaboration.
Develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs, providing technical guidance throughout the sales process.

Implementation Management and Client Support:

Oversee successful SaaS implementations, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Establish and maintain a world-class support infrastructure, providing timely and effective assistance to clients.

Profile:

- Leadership experience in a B2B SaaS startup, ideally in solution engineering, implementation, or support.

- Deep understanding of SaaS solutions and software development processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

- Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.

- Customer-centric focus and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
