Education Qualification - B.E. / B. Tech.

Years of Experience - AVP(s) : 15 Years ; SR MGR(s) :12 Years ; MGR(s): 9 Years

Reporting to - Head Transformation & Technology Solutions for B2B Relationship

Function - Transformation and Technology Solutions for B2B Relationship

Unit - B2B Relationship

Skills Profile:

Primary :

- Hands-on Experience to all SDLC Phases

- Expertise in Technical Design

- Exposure to Overall Technology Architecture Domain

- Customer Liaison Experience

Secondary :

- Project Management

- Lean, Six Sigma

Desirable - Exposure to Banking and Financial Services domain

Technical - Hands-on either Java or Microsoft .NET Platform

Know-How - SOA, BPM, BRE, Enterprise Content Management, Analytics Capacity Planning and Performance Tuning

Awareness - Technology Trends and Advancements

Responsibility:

- Opportunity identification in BPO domain to add value thru IT

- Enhance existing BPO output/deliverables thru Technical Solution

- Mine areas, where IT solution can value add

- Conceptualize an Integrated (IT + BPO + IS) solution

- Get acceptance of solution from BPO Delivery Teams and also client

- Leverage client's (BPM/PEG) and client's IT/IS/Domain Expertise in Solution

- Conceptualization and Delivery

- Solutions conceptualized and their value-add to B2B Relationship
