Solution Sales Manager (Fortune 500) | Global Leader in HR Consulting

- Our Client is a US Headquartered global leader in the area of HR consulting and learning and development of employees. It is ranked in the top ten training companies globally and is a provider of hi-end training and consulting interventions to fortune 500 companies. For five decades our client has partnered with organizations around the world to consult, assess, design, develop, deliver, reinforce, and sustain learning solutions.

- The company has a premium offering and it only works with companies of a certain scale and size and maturity. This is an extremely challenging role requiring the incumbent to acquire large corporates as clients and navigate the sales process till successful deal closure. There is no limit to the amount of incentives you can earn, and people often earn 2-3 times their annual fixed salary as incentives.

Job Profile :

- The candidate will be required to reach out to clients and present the value proposition of the company.

- Understand and analyse the client needs and create a bespoke proposal therein.

- Lead generation, networking, reaching out to decision makers in target companies

- Presenting a professional image of the company and its value proposition

- Understand the client needs and offering solutions based on value addition rather than on features

- Build a pipeline of new business and prospect for leads relentlessly

- Respond to RFPs and RFQs and create customized pitch presentations

- Leverage the global relationships of the company to generate new business

- Collect client feedback, ensuring proper service delivery

- Maintain a long term relation with the client for repeat business

Please Note : This is an individual role and not a team role.

Candidate Profile :

- Should have good knowledge of corporate world HR practices and process.

- Should be self-driven, result oriented, and committed.

- Should have excellent communication skills, good writing skills, and an ability to grasp things quickly

- Self driven and willing to travel extensively

- Prior track record of sales achievement

Salary Range: 8 - 12 LPA
