Job Description :

- The main objectives will be the management of the offshore team supporting the SAP Financials Application Management of a worldwide organisation.

- The offshore team supports the central team located in Essen/Germany. The support will consist of typical support tasks (incidents, service requests) and project work (complex changes, Implementations, etc.)

Description :

- Management of SAP Financials offshore Team

- Alignment and Planning of Tasks in collaboration with the central Team

- Ensure that offshore team delivers efficiently in collaboration with their counterparts in the central team, as well the global team members belonging to the SAP community within the company

- Support of Service Management and alignment with counterpart in central Team

- Development of offshore team including mentoring and guidance

- Responsible for implementing and enforcing global SAP and internal Documentation policies

- Stakeholder Management

- Escalation Management

- Change Management

- Close collaboration with counterpart in central team identifying new technologies and preparing foundation to implement SAP S/4 HANA

Profile :

- At least 10 years SAP FICO Experience including a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles months exposure to Version 7.2 (ideally Team Lead)

- Previous Experience of working within complex multi-system and multi-client SAP landscape

- Strong understanding of complex interface environments

- SAP Solution Manager Experience

- Proven track of working within offshore organisations

- Ability to work in multi-national virtual teams

- Strong Business & IT acumen

- Very good command of English and ability to communicate on international level

- ABAP development experience and proficiency/understanding of German language will be an added advantage
