Job Description :

- Responsible for all automation systems and strategy used to create and maintain automation (routines/programs) solutions.

- This manager will be responsible for identifying, defining, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automations/robots.

Description :

- Analyze, Implement, and Operate phases of the automation methodology

- Use robotics process automation technologies and tools for the automation solutions

- Partner with IT leadership to identify new technologies and develop strategy to use tools to drive automation and efficiency improvements

- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing process and automate the process using RPA software

- Implement pilots for new technology and complete key deliverables from GBS/GPO prioritized list

- Work with Global Process Owners and GBS leadership to measure progress and impact through metrics

- Define systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation

- Manage on-going operational support including upgrades, defect fixes and any Process change activities

- Responsible for constructing and maintaining efficient, reusable and reliable code with robotic process automation software and tools

- Use testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and user acceptance testing

- Ensure compliance with life cycle deliverables such as requirements specifications, solution design documents, and operating instructions (i.e. SOP)

- Ensure process, technical, project or other documentation, as may be required, to support development, project management and training

Profile :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Preference given to candidates with Master's in Management Information Systems or Computer Science

- 5 - 10 years of programmer and/or analyst experience with supply chain/finance/administrative business processes, systems and applications of varying scope and complexity

- 5+ Years of hands-on experience in developing macros or automation tools

- Experience with systems development life cycle and structured programming methods (both traditional and agile), including requirements definition, solution design, program development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support and maintenance

- 5+ years of experience managing team of technical and/or business process experts

- Ability to take on complex assignments as the lead, and assume increasingly greater leadership roles/responsibilities

- Experience working with third-party service providers is a plus

- Willingness to travel, team will be spread out across multiple geographies
