SOLUTION MANAGER
WE HAVE AN URGENT OPENING FOR SOLUTION MANAGER
Qualifications/Experience Required :
- University degree in Engineering, Telecommunication or Computer Science.
- At least 7-12 years of overall experience in the IT and/or telecommunications industry, of which last 2-3 years should have been in a technical presales or technical consulting role.
Functional Skillset (Mandatory) :
- Telecom network knowledge and familiarity with the business and operation of telecom carriers (CDMA/GSM/3G/LTE/Data Networks).
- Experience in Telecom and Data network operation, network management and consulting.
- Domain Knowledge in the area of: Telecom and Data Networking (Data, Fixed line, GSM/CDMA, GPRS, UMTS, LTE, WiMAX, Wi-Fi, ATM, Frame Relay, VoIP network, MPLS, IPLC).
- Exposure to the SATCOM, COMINT, VSAT technologies
Functional Skillset (Desirable) :
- Cyber Security: Network Security, APT (Advanced Persistent Threats), Advanced Attacks, Information Security, designing of Network Security solutions, Cyber Forensics, SIEM, SOAR, SOC
- Data Analytics: understanding of data science, big data framework, data analysis techniques (statistical, regression, correlation, etc.), NLP, data analyses types
- Basic understanding of UNIX/RDBMS/Windows based applications, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, Blockchain
Consulting Skillsets :
- Expedient in interfacing and interacting with external stakeholders including, entry level, mid-level and senior level executives
- Demonstrate superior professionalism and demeanor at all times to represent the brand and company as its ambassador
- Expedient in report writing and proposal writing
- Hands-on experience in demonstration and presentation of software applications.
- Is a self-starter, story-teller, team player, creative, presentable and motivated
- Intercultural experience: having cultural sensitivity and experience on a global level
- Use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
