Job Overview

The D&T Engage manager for India business would be required to have a broad range of skills and expertise, including strategic thinking, budget management, relationship building, domain knowledge, and effective communication. The manager must also be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive business growth and success in the India market.

The Engage team manager will provide strategic partnership, & work towards implementing new solutions/improving existing solutions to ensure that D&T organization delivers high-quality solutions that meet business needs of the India market

Role Responsibilities

- Understand technology trends, innovative solutions, and prototyping.

- Manage Budget and fiscal discipline of D&T for the India Business

- Providing strategic guidance to the business on digital and technology solutions.

- Collaborating with the delivery organization to prioritize projects and ensure they deliver value to the business.

- Building and managing relationships with internal and external partners to align services with the strategic goals of the India market.

- Managing India application and services portfolio.

- The Solution manager will need to work closely with the business to understand its requirements and provide strategic guidance on the use of digital and technology solutions.

- Keeping the D&T GEMS leadership informed of the latest developments in the India market and providing regular updates on project progress.

- Providing regular updates to the D&T GEMS leadership on the local market developments

Must - have technical skills and experience

- Broad Business and Technology expertise

- General Knowledge of ERP P2P, O2C, Q2C process

- Business Platform and CPG Data architecture.

- Expertise in leading change management for the business

- Strong ability to build and sustain relationship on senior management level.

- Strong negotiation, facilitation, influencing and decision-driving skills.

- Flexibility, persistence, accompanied by quality and results orientation.

- Ability to work in a global, multicultural work environment and leverage virtual teams.

- Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate with the team and various stakeholders.

- Fiscal discipline and experience in managing IT budget.

- Past technology hands on experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Electrical
