Location : Hyderabad

Cash Management Services (CMS) is a part of Self Employed Segment (SES) that caters to Business Banking customers of the bank. CMS function deals with collection & payment solutions and cater to requirements of MSME businesses. CMS team works closely with Branch Banking Team, CMS Operations, Technology & other relationship channels for attaching CMS solutions to high value current account relationships of retail banking group.

Team CMS comprises of Solution Managers (SM) who are responsible for providing product & fulfillment support to branches & other relationship teams for attaching CMS solutions in their respective geographies. They closely work with various teams including branch leadership to provide complete bouquet of CMS solutions for both collection & payment requirements of customers. As dedicated solution manager, CMS SM is expected to develop solution selling & servicing capability in the field teams and work closely with them for growing CMS portfolio.

- Capability building of branches & channels on CMS solutions

- CMS solution selling to current account & TASC customers

- Structuring solution bouquet depending on client's requirement, comprising of standard, evolved & digital solutions

- Work closely with field team in identification & conversion of customers on CMS solutions & studying of their catchment and penetrating the market for higher share

- Engage with branch leadership to drive CMS & grow portfolio in assigned geography

Salary Range: 5-11 LPA
