Job Description

- Managing large relationships (typically, key stakeholders and market aggregators) for identification of business opportunities

- Product development and business acquisition

- Structuring solution bouquet depending on market's requirement, comprising of standard, evolved & digital solutions

- Keeping abreast with latest developments and customer requirements for providing unique solutions along with market aggregators

- Work closely with field team & put in place sales processes for business acquisition

Skills:

- Candidate shall have excellent relationship skills and be willing to engage with market aggregators

- Candidate shall have excellent relationship skills to work closely with assigned relationships

- Candidate shall have excellent analytical skills to understand market factors, customer's sector and business to identify market opportunities & develop sales strategy

- Candidate shall be willing to engage with external and internal stakeholders necessary for product development and business acquisition

- Ability to engage meaningfully with customers, senior business leaders and other stakeholders (internal & external)

- Eagerness to learn multiple CMS products & functions and translate knowledge into identify & proposing value adding solutions to SME customers

- Confident with strong interpersonal, communication &negotiation skills

- Self driven with eagerness to deliver sales & revenue targets

- A self starter with flexibility to both work independently and as part of a team

- Candidate shall have liking for engaging with different people & networking with key influencers

- Knowledge to CMS solutions & related technology will be added advantage
