Job Overview:
As an integral member of the Solutions team, Solutions Managers are responsible for participating in the pre-sales processes of client go-to-market-team The primary objective is to manage the pre-sales process for Solutions, ensuring that key elements during the process are addressed and resolved. This manager work as a partner with our Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams in our go to market strategy and business development efforts, including working with our customers, channel partners, solution providers, and technology partners to meet our growing customer needs.
This role reports to VP of Solutions
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop capabilities presentations to assist Sales with prospects and customers, both technically and nontechnically oriented. You can understand complex business problems, discuss those problems, and present solutions that differentiate Archwell's solutions and overcome objections.
- The candidate should be able play the role of a facilitator of the solution definition process and should be able to manage the required logistics to ensure a smooth and client proposal
- Responsible to manage contract process, RFP's, RFI's and prospect due diligence process
- Understand the policies and procedures and to use them as a guideline in daily tasks.
- Track all ongoing projects and expedite requests for scope and determine key stakeholders needed to support sub-processes and requests.
- Support teams in gathering relative facts and data.
- Undertake key activities and tasks utilizing tools needed to successfully execute the transition and expedite process.
- Should be able to document information and create polished presentations.
- Create, maintain, and act as a custodian for all the artifacts that are a part of each process transition.
- Be seen as a thought leader and expert inside and outside the company.
Qualification & Experience
- 3+ years of enterprise solution experience, preferably in the mortgage BPO industry.
- Experience with mortgage products and technologies
- Possess the desire to become a product expert, and demonstrate deep knowledge and expertise on all products and services
- Ability to communicate the value proposition of strategic and tactical concepts for c use cases to positively influence customer, partner, service provider and other key stakeholders.
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication and presentation skills with proven executive level engagement
- Bachelor's degree in technology, management, commerce, or related disciplines. Master's degree preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable communicating with all levels, from frontline leaders to senior leadership, both internally and with end-clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, assess and adjust to changing priorities.
- PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred, however not required.
Essential Responsibilities
