- The role holder is expected to have a sound knowledge of business processes to build a product strategy that is in line with the firm's core business

Should have extensive experience working in the logistics industry,

- Good mix of operations and IT knowledge is essential

- Proven experience in liaisoning with stakeholders to provide expert advisory on business needs and processes

- Bridge between stakeholders and solution delivery team

- Understanding business needs and end user requirement

- Ability to push back business and come up with creative IT solutions to align with business strategy

Profile :

- 7-15 years of experience working in last mile logistics

- Proven record of liaisoning with end users and stakeholders in a fast paced dynamic business environment

- Good understanding of mapping business processes to technology solutions
