- Understand & document client / prospect requirements (objectives, challenges, deliverables etc.) through research, RFX documents and other information gathered

- Create structured proposals / solutions by collaborating with sales/BD/operations which articulates value proposition and bring in innovative ideas within customer defined timeframes

- Manage internal stakeholder expectations (comprising mainly of Sales, Operations / Delivery)

- Consult the sales team on key opportunities and lead the overall solution design process

- Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery

- Draft a plan, outline each stage of the proposal and create a schedule to meet all necessary deadlines

- Editing and updating overall solution and the proposal basis feedback

- Support business development efforts such as BAFO responses and presentations

- Provide intelligence for improving business pitch

- Ability to tie results of the research to solution/sales pitch

- Research and create best-practices based frameworks

- Ability to deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer agreed upon timeframes

- Work on tight deadlines, delegate tasks as required

- Excellent attention to detail and working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel & PPT)

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Adhering to proposal schedule deadlines In depth sales experience, with industry expertise and proven track record against getting good campaigns & generating revenue
