Solution Design - HRO
- The Solution Lead (HRO) is a client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. The Solution Lead operates as a single point of contact or as part of a team accountable the beginning stage to deal closure, followed by the transition to the delivery organization.

Proposal Development
- Alliance Management
- Pricing Strategy & Execution
- Solution design in the HRO domain is mandatory.
- Knowledge of RFI , RFP's is mandatory.
- Preferably from the BPO industry
Preferable 7-11 yrs of exp
- Good negotiation and good communication skills.
