Solution Architect Profile :  Evaluate as is state of technology stack in our platforms, create road-map for technology evolution including new architecture requirements, lead and collaborate on implementation of the road-map through multiple development initiatives. Ability to envision and lead longer term technology initiatives around Mobility, or new platform development.  Preferred experience background :  - Strong technical experience of Web, mobile and relevant technologies and languages (like Java, PHP, Perl, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery)   - Demonstrated experience in Object Oriented Design and Application / Systems architecture.  - Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture, web services, micro services and related technologies.  - Expertise in architecting, designing and developing highly scalable large scale web based systems and available applications.  - Experience in relational databases including mySql, Oracle, Business Intelligence and Analytical Reporting   - Expertise in designing, specifying and selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.  - Experience in cost estimations, and business cases preparation for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licenses, development and support.  - Experience in assessing a broad range of information solutions and products particularly document management, collaboration and content management.  - Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences. Some experience of with working with board level stakeholders.  - Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritise and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment  - Results oriented with ability to produce products that deliver organisational benefit  - Ability to develop solution architecture designs  - Experience of developing Services Orientated Architectures (SOA)  - Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or the equivalent  - Working knowledge of infrastructure including servers, storage, firewalls, load balancers, routers, etc
