Solution Architect

Objectives:

Solution Architect department is responsible for pre - sales solution design & architecture .

Major Deliverables

1. Understanding customer’s requirements & facilitating Sales team on Technical Fronts.

2. Evolve ways of consulting the client, uncover latent demands, propose a solutions built around the products.

3. Understanding of current voice products along with its delivery and support process

4. Excellent documentation skills so as to create solution document.

5. Analytical skills

6. Vendor and cross functional team experience required.

7. Excellent debugging skills required for handling service & operational escalation issues

Reporting to Chief Solution Architect.

Essential Attributes:

1.Experience in implementation and solution design of voice infrastructure deployment for enterprise

2. Functional awareness and hands on experience on various IP/TDM/Hybrid PBX/PSTN switch platforms such as Cisco/ Avaya / Alcatel / Nortel / Siemens / Huawei / ZTE / Lucent / Ericsson

3. In depth understanding of TDM and VOIP protocols such as SS7,ISUP,PRI,BRI, Analog Trunking, SIP, H.323, MGCP, H.248, Megaco etc.

4. Ability to analyze various debug logs to identify core issue

5. Functional understanding of Wireless and Wire line core network elements such HLR,VLR,BTS,BSC,MSC,C5 switch, Soft switch, Media gateways, IN platforms etc.

6. DoT regulations

7. Basic understanding on open source OS such as Linux/Unix/Solaris and database systems such as Oracle/ SQL / Informix

8. Routing and switching basics

Qualification:

- BE/ B Tech. in Electronics /Telecommunications and/or MBA from a reputed institute /university,

- Certification: CCNA(voice) /CCNP (voice)/ Avaya (voice)
