Solution Architect - Travel Analytics - BPO

Key Responsibilities :

- Considering the analytics components of the Travel road map as key input, develop solution road map

- In consultation with Travel Leaders and other stakeholders, and based on client inputs, develop solution architecture for chosen analytics vertical

- Develop working prototypes / proof of concepts, and necessary material to hand over to the delivery team

- Possess deep expertise of travel domain particularly related to analytics offerings - airline, hospitality, car rental and Shipping & Logistics

- Champion the sale of analytics initiatives in pre-sale discussion with prospective clients

- Keep abreast of emerging trends in analytic, monitor and enhance R&A and any external partner capabilities

Pre requisites :

- Excellent understanding of travel business with a solution mindset

- Deep knowledge of statistical concepts and practical implementations

- Excellent Client skills

- Ability to map client needs with solution opportunities

- Develop working prototypes

- Participate in RFP responses and pre-sales

- Operations Research skills

- Statistics skills

- Very strong excel knowledge

- Database / SQL Knowledge
