MindGen Solutions is a recruitment firm and specializes in hiring managerial and leadership talents across technologies and domains.

We have an opportunity for a Solution Architect- Testing for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Primary Skills (must have):

- The Senior Testing Solution Architect is responsible for the overall proposal response and pricing inputs for key testing sales pursuits.

The individual should:

- Have a background in pre-sales / bid management, with adequate exposure to testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Previous experience in solutioning for enterprise-wide, large complex deals is expected, along with strong client-facing skills.

- Must be a self starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Must have demonstrated experience of working with globally distributed teams across various technologies, domains and business functions.

Responsibilities include:

- Own the Testing Response for key sales pursuits

- Review and supervise testing solutions for testing proposals

- Support Client Engagement activities like Offshore Visits, Workshops, Orals, Proposal defense

- Create Go-to-market Solutions for niche technology and domain areas

- Engage and manage stakeholders across the organization

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including global SMEs

- Manage and allocate Service Requests, track SLAs and set appropriate expectations with stakeholders

- Support the Testing Head in implementing the overall strategy for Sales Solutioning

- Design and propose testing solution for large Transformation projects, collaborates with Project Managers and technical directors to provision estimates, develop overall implementation solution plan, and serve as a lead as required, to implement the testing implementation, customization, and integration efforts

- Participate in client meetings & workshops.

Deliverables (what does success look like):

- Provide pricing inputs based on effort estimates

- Engage with third-party vendors for testing tools

- Leverage third-party vendor alliances for positioning specific testing tools

- Provide direction to knowledge managers, creative services and transition teams
