Role Description :
As a Solution Architect / Program Manager, you will :
- Work as Solution Architect / Program Manager for our business transformation programs in work & asset Management domain
- Manage the client senior stakeholders, build fruitful and long lasting relationship resulting in a win-win situation
- Build and develop confidence in client for solution and Wipro's approach
- Partner with the Enterprise Architecture team on the creation of the conceptual architecture that addresses the high-level business requirements.
- Design business solutions to meet specific business needs that are fit for purpose, compliant and adhere to client's operational, architectural and design standard.
- Develop solutions architecture and producing architectural work-products for applications, gathering requirements, and conducting complex system analysis.
- Analyze options and recommending solutions including technology and deployment options and interface needs.
- Work within the Practice Group to develop market facing solutions that are relevant and can generate revenue
- Participate and lead proposal response work that are domain centric including processes, solutions, planning and estimation
Essential requirements :
- Worked on at least 3 Utilities business transformation programs as Program Manager / Solution Lead / Solution Architect involving Asset Management, work management or workforce management
- Ability to design based on an Industry standard platform. Ability to identify product gaps with reference to specified requirements on specific solution modules.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work both independently and within cross functional project teams
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong track record of thriving in challenging roles and can excel in highly pressurized environments.
- Must have knowledge in Utility business processes, systems, requirements, constraints, and new approaches for T&D utilities
- Should be capable enough to participate actively in client workshops, business requirements gathering meetings, can conduct To- Be solution workshops independently
- Has prepared business requirement document, Functional specification documents, Prepared gap - fit documents
- Experience in Requirement Gathering and Solutioning
- Must have ability to run workshops, customer facing activities
- Must have good communication and comprehension skills.
- Should have awareness of digital/new ways of working such as Agile based delivery.
Additional Requirements :
- Good to have developed solutions and published white papers
