Solution Architect - P&C Solution

We are looking for a highly effective Solution Architect to join the team.

Essential Functions

In this role, you will lead the design and development of data-driven solutions aimed at solving P& C industry problems.

This position is responsible for the design, build, and commercialization of new data-driven solutions and requires building a strong business understanding and working with clients/prospects, internal business, digital and technology stakeholders.

In summary, your job responsibilities will include,

1. Own and deliver new product/solution development including defining requirements, development and successfully delivering each solution project.

2. Responsible for maintaining and upkeep of solution/product design, including integrating existing products /services and partners into the product/solution

3. Lead solution/product showcase to internal and external audiences including conducting demos and marketing collaterals

4. Own and lead agile development and manage product roadmap with best-in-class solutions to meet client's current and future needs.

5. Develop user stories, sprint scope, backlog, and acceptance criteria - write product/solution requirements and use case scenarios, perform requirement gathering, validate technical solutions against client/prospect needs, development, testing, and execution.

6. Own project management within budget and timelines

7. Collaborate and work with a cross-functional team of architects, UI/UX designers, and subject matter experts

8. Support in developing business cases and commercials for solution

9. Own PoC execution

10. Support in sales pipeline in collaboration with front end and delivery teams

Technical Skills

- Strong background, understanding, and working knowledge of P&C Insurance Industry domain and understanding of emerging businesses and technology trends (cloud, data, AI)

- Skilled in Agile methodologies

- Experience in driving large scale change and transformation projects is preferred

- Knowledge of predictive analytics, AI

- Know-how of AWS/ Azure cloud, .Net, HTML, Django, Java
